Applications for most programmes open in the Autumn. If our opportunities are not on our Gradcracker Hub already, 'Follow' us on Gradcracker to be alerted when they open for applications. To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You should only apply to one programme and location at any one time. You will need to wait six months before reapplying if you are unsuccessful.
If you are suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Portal. This is an interactive experience and takes about an hour, but there’s no time limit. You’ll receive feedback within a few days.
If you’re successful at the Discovery Portal stage, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.
For some of our programmes, the final stage will be one or two technical interviews with managers from the specialist area you have applied to work in. We’ll give you lots of advice before your interviews.
Due to the high number of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to provide feedback after application stage; however, a written feedback report will be provided to all candidates after discovery portal and after assessment centre, with a possibility to arrange a phone call to go into more detail upon request.
