It aims to give you a job preview and insight into Accenture and allows us to evaluate skills which are relevant to the role.
The Task Based interview will be with a member of the Accenture recruiting team, using a number of different scenarios to explore how you might respond to everyday situations and client challenges. This takes approximately one hour and will give you an opportunity to see whether Accenture is a good fit for you. The majority of the interview will be responding verbally to a recruiter, aside from one short written response.
The Business Interview is an opportunity for you to come into the Accenture offices and meet with recruiters and current graduates, as well as have an interview with a manager from our business. We use a strengths-based approach to evaluate your natural strengths and what you enjoy doing. The interview will be approximately 45 minutes.
Please note that for some graduate programmes, such as Analytics and Modern Engineering, there will be a further Technical Interview to evaluate your technical capability in line with the role you are applying for.
