You must be studying for a relevant professional finance qualification such as Global Credit Certification (GCC) with the opportunity to take a further qualification in the second year of the programme. Training and costs are all taken care of.

We serve Corporate, Wealth & Retail clients with a full banking proposition and a strong, local presence supported by the wider Group. We’re growing fast and acting as a “bank within a bank” inside Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. With colleagues across the islands and the UK - all focused on delivering distinctive, locally relevant banking.
Over two years, you’ll take on four placements across our Crown Dependencies business giving graduates a rare, end-to-end exposure to banking – from building Client Relationships in our Fiduciary, Funds and Corporate & International Private Banking and Product Design to Risk Management.
You’ll undertake work that really matters, from managing client portfolios to analysing performance, supporting financial queries and driving the strategic direction for both the business and our clients.
You’ll work towards your Global Credit Certification (GCC), plus any other training that fits your placements and ambitions. Along the way you’ll:
