We believe that diversity combined with active inclusion enables innovation and produces value that benefits everyone, and we strive to create a vibrant and inclusive culture where people representing society in all its diversity are empowered to build meaningful careers. Whatever your origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability or religion, there will be an opportunity for you to thrive at Capgemini.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where people of all backgrounds can prosper and feel they can belong. We offer inclusive leadership training to all our managers to help them recognise and address their biases. We propose hybrid and flexible work options, and we enforce an equity framework to ensure each person is supported, valued, and gets the opportunities they deserve.
Our employee networks bring together global communities of passionate colleagues with shared interests and identities – working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society. Networks provide an opportunity for you to interact with colleagues outside your immediate team, a safe space to share experiences, promote awareness of issues related to diversity and inclusion and empower employees to build an inclusive workplace where everyone feels able to be themselves. There are six different Employee Networks: Women@CapgeminiUK, Talking Heads (for anyone with an interest in Mental Health), Race & Equality Network, OUTfront (our LGBT+ network), CapAbility (with a focus on visible and invisible disabilities and carers) and the Armed Forces Network.
