This role is based in Telford, and you’ll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you’ll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. You’ll work alongside Project Managers to support the successful delivery of projects. This includes monitoring and managing project finances, planning and tracking resources, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting change management, and identifying and managing risks and issues.
You’ll be part of a service team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. You’ll help monitor and improve service performance against Service Level Agreements, manage incidents, problems, and changes, and work closely with technical teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure service reliability.
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial activities, communications planning, calendar and mailbox management, and resource planning. This role offers great exposure to leadership teams and the opportunity to understand how the business operates at scale.
