Be part of something bigger from day one, working on real projects, solving real challenges, and shaping your future career while supporting one of Capgemini's largest UK Public Sector clients.
As a Bid & Relationship Management Graduate, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop skills across business development, bid management and client relationship management. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll support the creation of compelling proposals, contribute to strategic growth opportunities and help build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You'll gain exposure to the full opportunity lifecycle, from understanding client needs and developing value propositions to supporting bid responses and business development activities. This role offers a strong foundation for graduates looking to build a commercial career within a global consulting and technology organisation.
We're looking for individuals who are curious, proactive and eager to learn. No previous bid writing or relationship management experience is required. Instead, we'll help you develop these skills while applying the transferable experience you've gained through university projects, work experience, internships, volunteering or extracurricular activities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and an interest in building relationships will help you succeed in this role.
This role is based in Telford, and you'll typically be in the office up to three days per week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. Due to the nature of the work, you'll be required to attend a secure client site. If the location is not suitable for you, we encourage you to explore our other graduate opportunities across Capgemini's UK locations.
Our graduate experience is designed to help you build the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI-enabled world. From day one, you'll be part of a community focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering accelerated solutions for our clients.
Through a combination of professional and technical development, client experience, and mentorship, you’ll develop the capabilities to solve complex challenges, innovate with confidence, and contribute from the very start of your career. Supercharge your development with access to our best-in-class content providers and technology partners including Harvard Business, Microsoft, OpenAI, and more.
Built around modules that encourage you to think creatively, embrace new technologies and turn ideas into meaningful impact. You’ll work alongside leaders and experts to build future-focused skills that prepare you for long-term success in technology, business, and consulting careers.
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
You will reimagine what’s possible: creating value for the world’s leading organisations through technology to build a sustainable, more inclusive future. You will work with a range of clients all with a unique set of business, technological and societal ambitions, which will make a real impact across the UK.
You will be empowered to explore, innovate, and progress. You will benefit from Capgemini’s ‘learning for life’ mindset, meaning you will have countless training and development opportunities from thinktanks to hackathons, and access to 250,000 courses with numerous external certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Harvard ManageMentor, Cybersecurity qualifications and much more.
