You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in three key areas of our global business; Manufacturing, Commercial Sales and Business. One of these 8 month placements will be fully funded, in a country of your choice for a period of 6 months!

Whilst undertaking challenging ‘real life’ roles and projects with purpose, you will be fully supported and developed into a leader of the future.
Supported by a dedicated Early Careers team, knowledgeable managers, a senior mentor and our graduate alumni, you’ll quickly find your strengths and an area of the business to match them once you’ve completed the programme.
We want to see a real passion for people. As one of our future leaders, this is key, alongside an interest in engineering and business. You’ll need a minimum 2:2 honours (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths or Business and eligibility to work permanently within the UK without requiring a visa.
To get the most from the programme, we would recommend that your first placement takes place in Cheltenham – the UK Sales Hub, home to our brand-new sustainably built Group Headquarters and our largest manufacturing site. Flexibility and mobility within the UK is necessary for all candidates.
