What we’re looking for

The one essential requirement is that you’re currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated. Your degree can be in any subject. We’re not looking for a specific subject — we’re looking for people who are curious, full of ideas, and ready to get stuck in.

Right to work: Please be aware that Sky do not offer sponsorship for this role, employment is contingent on you having a valid right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.

Your application journey

Here’s what to expect, step by step:

  • Step 1 – Apply online: Tell us a bit about yourself — your details, your degree, and anything else you think we should know (like part-time jobs, volunteering, or cool projects you’ve worked on). Once you hit submit, keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder!) — we’ll send you a link to start your digital assessments. Please note, you can only apply to one programme per year.
  • Step 2 – Show us your skills: You’ll complete two online assessments that help us get to know you better - how you think, what motivates you, and how you might fit into the programme. Don’t worry — you’ll get a chance to practice first, and we’ll send you tips to help you feel confident. We understand that you might want to utilise AI to support your preparation for taking the assessments — understanding Sky etc. But we ask that you complete the assessments themselves without the assistance of AI.
  • Step 3 – In-Person Assessment Centre: If you make it to the final stage, we’ll invite you to an in-person assessment day. You’ll take part in tasks designed to show us how you think, solve problems, and work with others — all while getting a real feel for what it’s like to work in Business at Sky. We’ll let you know when to expect a decision after the day’s done.

Need adjustments? If you need us to make any adjustments to help you complete any stage of your application, let us know when you submit your application and someone from our Early Careers team will be in touch if we need more detail.
