Whilst holiday allowances vary across roles, we offer no less than 25 days' but up to 31 days', plus bank holidays – and to top it off, your holiday entitlement grows as your career does – as after five years’ service you’ll be awarded three extra days. Plus, you’ll also get the chance to buy and sell up to 5 days too.

Put between £5 and £500 each month into a savings account, and buy discounted shares in Severn Trent Plc. Choose a savings period, and at the end, either buy the shares or take out your savings in cash.
