Flexibility is key for our Retail Graduate Management programme. The shift patterns will vary across the stores and warehouses, including some morning shifts and on occasion, some night shifts as well. For example, our store and warehouse shift patterns can vary from a morning shift (typically 5am-2pm) or the night shift (typically 2pm-11pm).
Graduate schemes at Lidl GB are 23-month FTCs (Fixed Term Contracts). Whilst you are not guaranteed a permanent role, you will have the ability to apply for internal positions. You will be able to consult your recruitment team on your next steps whilst you are coming to the end of the scheme.

For graduate programmes in Head Office you will be required to work within the set “office hours” between 8am–6pm and you will be able to choose within reason your start and finish times to ensure you're working 40 hours a week.
