Step 1: Apply for the role you’re interested in – we can’t wait to receive your application!

We believe recruitment should be human. Every application is reviewed personally by a member of our team, not screened out by artificial intelligence (AI). If we use AI tools at any stage of the process, we'll let you know what they're being used for and why. In return, we ask for you to be yourself, we're interested in your experiences, motivations and potential, so we encourage applications written in your own voice.

Step 2: Applicants who pass an initial screening stage will be invited to complete a pre-recorded video interview where you will be asked questions that allow you to showcase who you are; these will include self-awareness, curiosity and innovation, and your ability to articulate yourself well.

Step 3: The final stage of our interview process is an assessment centre made up of an individual interview, dynamic group tasks and a meet the team session to answer any questions you may have about the role or team you would be joining.

While we work hard to keep you updated with your application every step of the way, due to the high volume of applications and assessment centres taking place, please be mindful that there may be a delay at some stages in the process.
