About the role

• Gain valuable knowledge and experience of 
  
  • Technical project management.
  • Asset management through compliance, Asset & Regulatory Governance and electronic management systems.
  • HSE management.
  • Contract management.
• Actively support the team e.g. with 
  
  • Developing and delivering the wind farm’s engineering and maintenance strategy.
  • Safety improvements through offshore inspections.
  • Project management, ensuring adherence to programme, budget and quality.
  • Asset integrity. 

Job requirements and experience

• You're an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Renewables or similar.
• Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement.
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills.
• You're able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines.
• Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with.
• Motivation is crucial; your cover letter will tell us why you're a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans.
• You have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years due to the potential requirement for National Security Vetting.

This position is aimed at those currently studying who are eligible for a Year in Industry Placement. For those who will be graduating Summer 2027 we encourage you to apply for our graduate programme which will be advertised in January 2027.
