Graduate Programme:

Our comprehensive Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. You'll receive expert training from Veolia's People Development team through monthly in-person sessions, giving you the confidence and capabilities to thrive in your future career.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with the Finance Transformation Team on a range of projects
  • Documenting and analysing finance business processes to determine efficiencies
  • Using data-driven techniques to measure and improve processes
  • Developing new reporting solutions
  • Supporting the Workday Project Team with solutions
  • Supporting the standardisation of processes across the business

What we're looking for:

  • Degree-level qualification in Maths, Finance, Technology or a Business-related subject (a minimum of 2:1 to be achieved by September 2026)
  • Systems-related skills
  • Logical and analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development

  • Salary: £30,800 per annum (£28,000 base salary + 10% London Weighting)
