At Veolia, we see the world differently. By joining us as a graduate, degree apprentice or intern you'll be helping us to find innovative and meaningful solutions to solve the climate crisis and protect the planet's natural resources.

What you’ll be doing;

  • Process and record operational information to support the site team.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Support the invoicing process and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Record work completed by site into relevant trackers and systems.
  • Complete, file and store site paperwork (hard copy and digital/PDF).
  • Handle day-to-day administrative queries from site staff and customers.
  • Support the Office Manager with collecting and preparing site information.
  • Administer annual health screening paperwork and arrangements.
  • Sort and post incoming/outgoing site mail.
  • Use site IT systems to complete tasks and maintain accurate data.
  • Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for;

  • Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, including telephone and email.
  • A reliable team player with a flexible approach.
  • Able to work independently and use initiative to prioritise tasks.
  • Numerate and literate, with good general administration skills.
  • Computer literate; experience with Excel and/or Google Docs preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable (similar industry a plus, but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (industrial estate location).
