As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning to maintain essential infrastructure. You will be working towards your Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Level 6 Degree.
Responsibilities
Providing 1st and 2nd line user support via calls and logged issues on the ticketing system.
Managing and troubleshooting site-to-site and client-to-site VPNs using appropriate tools.
Proactively identifying and addressing ongoing technical issues, analysing reports to pinpoint root causes, and working with the Development Team to implement solutions or deliver training.
Escalating 3rd line issues while maintaining client communication until resolution.
Assisting in the support and maintenance of networks and servers.
Conducting Warehouse Control Systems code and module testing to support system upgrades and enhancements.
About You
Minimum of 3 A-Levels/Level 3 BTEC in IT.
A passion for IT.
Self-driven and keen to learn.
Microsoft Office skills.
Proficient communication skills.
