Our graduate scheme lasts two years, in which time you will complete four exciting six-month rotations. Our programme is designed to maximise your learning, so we’ll blend formal classroom training with on-the-job learning, as well as providing both coaching and mentoring support along the way.
We don’t just stop there, we’ll present you with opportunities to build relationships with people across the breadth of the company from your peers to board members, as we know it’s through collaboration, communication and relationships that the real magic happens!
We’ll also support you in your journey to professional accreditation, helping you springboard into your appointed role on completion of the programme.
As a graduate you will gain invaluable experience working for an international company in your own area of expertise.
In addition to a competitive salary we offer you a great package of benefits, in conjunction with a fantastic training and development programme.
We want passionate, hard-working and ambitious professionals to join our team. You must have strong communication skills, be able to work within diverse teams and embrace change. We need you to put the customer at the heart of what you do, think commercially and continually seek to improve the business and yourself.
We require you to have a degree 2:2 or above (achieved or predicted) in an appropriate subject e.g. materials science, chemistry, physics, metallurgy, chemical engineering.
Don’t just look at the general competences you’d expect for a type of role, look at an employer’s values and principles. If you’ve researched what is important to that employer, you stand a much better chance of gaining a position with them.Mark Jackson, Graduates, Apprentices and Placements, Fujitsu Visit Company Hub »
