Annual holidays - We have an annual holiday entitlement of 25 days, which includes three company days between Christmas and New Year.
Our Watford site has a range of sporting facilities.
Stakeholder pension - BRE operates a voluntary, contributory Pension and Life Insurance scheme. The scheme is contributory at a minimum rate of 5% of your monthly salary; BRE will match your 5% contribution. The scheme is offered on a pension salary exchange (PSE) basis whereby contributions are made at source from gross salary.
Onsite nursery - The House that Jack Built Nursery is a privately owned nursery open to the public at our Watford site. It caters for children aged from six months to five years, with flexible times for dropping off children and picking them up.
Onsite restaurant - Available at the Watford site, providing a range of hot meals, salads and snacks.
Sporting and social facilities - Our Watford site has a range of sporting facilities, including a football pitch, tennis courts and a small gym, and many out of hours social activities.
Good transport links, free parking and EV charging - You can easily reach the Watford site by train, bus, bike, car or foot. For those who need to drive there is free onsite parking. We are pleased to offer free electric vehicle charging.
