Heathrow integrated digital solutions

In 2019, Heathrow Airport appointed us to develop an integrated digital solution to manage its multibillion-pound capital delivery programme. Today, this groundbreaking project is reaping major dividends for the UK’s largest airport - and the journey has only just begun. As well as transforming Heathrow’s performance, the project is having industry-wide impact. It redefines how programme and portfolio controls are delivered.

Edinburgh Trams

Delivered in spring 2023, the Trams to Newhaven project completes a vital sustainable transport option in the heart of Edinburgh. The project will deliver significant benefits for Edinburgh, including linking key investment zones, connecting employment destinations, reducing reliance on cars and improving access to the city centre.

Highlands & Islands Airport

In 2017 we were appointed as project managers to deliver critical airfield and terminal infrastructure works across multiple airports. Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) provides vital air links for some of Scotland's more remote communities. To help meet government net-zero 2040 targets, HIAL will also deliver a new programme to decarbonise airport operations, infrastructure and flights across the area.

Atlantis Hotel refurbishment programme, Dubai

Delivering hotel refurbishment programmes without compromise to the guest experience, at the lowest possible level of capital expenditure, requires thorough analysis of alternative strategies. We assessed several logistics and resourcing scenarios to understand each one’s impact on guests, revenue and overall delivery deadlines.

London Bridge Quarter - The Shard

The Shard was a major development in a constrained physical environment and in that context we anticipated and responded to many challenges; engaging with stakeholders, maintaining the viability of the scheme, offering innovative solutions, and managing over 700 legal obligations on our client’s behalf. 

North West Cambridge development

As one of the world’s leading universities, the University of Cambridge planned to develop its estate. We were appointed to provide programme, project and technical support management services for phase one. We are now providing programme and project management services for the delivery of the construction works.

Sydney Metro programme

Appointed by Transport for NSW as the Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the Project Management Office, our role is to support the successful delivery of the overall programme.

As Australia’s largest public transport project, Sydney Metro will transform Sydney by cutting travel times, reducing congestion and delivering economic and social benefits for generations to come.
