Objectives:
Rapidly design, develop and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions, MVPs and mocked prototypes as part of the Pace Innovation team to address diverse business challenges and demonstrate AI's transformative potential.
Lead technical delivery in client workshops, collaborate on innovation sprints and create compelling demo solutions that showcase practical AI applications across various industries and use cases.
Key responsibilities:
Rapid Prototyping & MVP Development: Quickly design, develop and iterate on AI-powered MVPs and PoCs, working in fast-paced innovation cycles (typically 2-6 weeks) to validate business hypotheses and demonstrate value.
Workshop Facilitation & Technical Demonstrations: Co-facilitate client workshops, deliver technical demonstrations, conduct hands-on AI sessions and provide technical expertise during discovery and ideation phases.
Generative AI & ML Model Development: Build and deploy machine learning (ML) and generative AI solutions using LLMs, SLMs, vision models and image generation models, with focus on practical business applications.
API Development & Integrations: Design and develop lightweight APIs within serverless or PaaS environments, ensuring rapid integration with frontend applications and existing client systems for quick demonstrations.
Multi-Domain Problem Solving: Work across various business domains and industries, quickly understanding different business contexts and adapting AI solutions to diverse use cases and requirements.
Experimentation & Innovation: Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks and methodologies. Build reusable components, templates and accelerators to speed up future PoC development.
Client Engagement & Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand pain points, gather requirements and co-create solutions. Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
Security & Compliance: Implement zero-trust security principles, ensure data privacy and protection and apply AI content filters, guardrails and safety measures in all solutions.
Technical Skills:
Python, JavaScript
AI Assisted development using Cursor, Github Copilot or other tools.
RESTful API management on frameworks Flask, Django
SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Vector databases (Chroma DB, FAISS)
ML and different gen AI models - LLM (OpenAI, Gemma) and SLM (Phi, Qwen) with image and vision models.
AI Frameworks (RAG, LangChain and LlamaIndex) and Agentic Frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen)
Cloud (Azure, AWS), Azure DevOps and Git
Optional: Pandas, NumPy and PyTorch
Optional: NodeJS, VueJS or equivalent
