We are looking for enthusiastic undergraduates to join our Operations Teams based in Leicester, Skelmersdale and in our Southern Region Distribution Centre on a 12 month placement programme.
What will you be doing?
Operations delivery to service is critical to PepsiCo! That means our Operational Teams are at the heart of the action in our manufacturing and distribution sites and are kept busy delivering to our customers in the UK and globally. In this placement you will:
Lead and own projects from inception through to handover ensuring key phasing of Projects are identified and worked to
Seek opportunities for productivity improvements
Data collection & improvements
Act as an interface (‘on project’ point of contact) for Site and other PepsiCo plants with team (such as Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality)
Lead Operations Teams as appropriate for the size of each project ensuring adequate/appropriate resource allocation
Cross UK communication of projects for best practices
What are we looking for?
A student currently in the second year of university studies, where the course includes the option of completing a sandwich placement during the third year following path to a degree level qualification in ideally an Engineering, Business Management or closely related discipline

This 12 month placement starts in July 2022, with a salary of £21,000.
