Supporting construction engineering and project scoping, including the preparation of construction strategies and methods.
Gaining experience of FEED and EPC/EPCM execution models, including modularisation and advanced work packaging.
Supporting the development of construction schedules, work sequencing and commissioning priorities.
Supporting contract and workforce planning using advanced work packaging systems and processes.
Supporting the planning and Engineering of temporary site facilities and services.
Using digital construction management systems and project data to support planning, coordination and progress reporting.
Gaining site experience in supervision, safe working, quality inspection, progress reporting, contractor management and turnover.
Supporting project safety, quality and environmental performance, taking on increased responsibility as your experience develops.
Providing technical information and support to other Engineering disciplines and project functions.
Building strong stakeholder-management skills through collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams.
You'll have:
An accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, either completed within the past two years or due to be completed before the programme begins.
A minimum 2:1 honours degree or equivalent qualification, either achieved or expected.
A strong interest in developing a career in Construction, project delivery and site-based operations.
An interest in both Engineering design and its application through fabrication, construction and site execution.
Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to learning and developing your technical and professional capabilities.
The flexibility to travel and work across project sites and office locations as required.
Must have full right live and work in the UK.
