About the Role

Kick-start your engineering career with Worley, a global engineering and construction organisation delivering some of the world's most complex and innovative energy, chemicals and infrastructure projects. We are seeking talented Graduate Civil or Structural Engineers to join our UK team, with opportunities across our offices in London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

From Carbon Capture, Green Hydrogen and Sustainable Aviation Fuel projects to major data centres, pipelines and traditional energy developments, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that are shaping the future of our industry. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to both engineering design and project delivery, developing your technical capabilities while building a strong foundation for a successful career.

As part of our two-year graduate programme, you will receive structured training, mentoring and support towards professional accreditation, while gaining experience across multidisciplinary teams and a diverse portfolio of UK and international projects. Graduates will be appointed to a UK office location but should be prepared to be geographically mobile during the programme, with opportunities to work across our UK offices, project sites and, where available, international assignments.

If you are passionate about engineering, enjoy solving complex challenges and are excited by the prospect of working on large-scale projects that make a real impact, Worley offers an environment where you can learn, grow and make your mark from day one.

  • Visiting project sites and construction activities to see how designs are translated into reality.
  • Learning about project management, planning, commercial delivery and client engagement.
  • Developing the technical and professional skills required to become a future chartered engineer.

You'll have:

  • You will be in your final year of study of an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s level engineering degree or have graduated within the past 2 years.
  • Applicants must have achieved, or be working towards achieving, a minimum 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Must have full right to live and work in the UK.
  • Have a strong interest in civil, structural & architectural engineering.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
