The draw of Sondrel being an international company!
International opportunities as part of graduate programmes are a great way of getting the chance to see new places around the world while also integrating yourself into a new company and environment. This was something that I put a high priority on when it came to searching for graduate programmes to apply for, as working in China has been a major goal of mine.
I found that during this process that a great deal of the companies I was looking at either did not offer international opportunities or, if they did, they were not very well advertised. When applying to Sondrel, they had a clear and concise programme explaining exactly what you would be doing in the first two years of the company. In it was the chance to travel to another office and spend some time working with the team there and, as Sondrel has offices in China, this seemed perfect.
Can’t wait for COVID travel restrictions to be over so I can see China!
