Buddy Scheme

This year, we implemented a Buddy Scheme within the society. As an overview: The Buddy Scheme helps year 0 & 1 students settle in and have the chance to ask year 2 & 3 students any questions they may have, & for years 2 & 3 to share their knowledge.

The buddy scheme is a good volunteering experience that helps build skills in communication, teaching and learning. Additionally, it does not have to be just about work! It's a chance for different year groups to interact with each other and make our course a little less divided!

Future events we are planning:

  • Lecturer Q&A Panel
  • Crime Scene Room practice session
  • Escape Room
  • Pathology Museum (Gordon's Museum) Trip
  • Pathologist Guest Speaker
  • Society Hoodies - coming soon!
