Application Process

At Slipstream Design our application process is simple because we want to get to know the real you as quickly as possible. We look for creativity, curiosity and problem solving ability. 

• Step 1 – Apply by CV and Cover letter to jobs@slipstream-design.co.uk
• Step 2 – Informal remote interview via Teams or Zoom
• Step 3 – Formal face-to-face interview with 3 elements
  • Meet the Slipstream Design team
  • Q&A – competency based questions
  • Practical design task

At the point in which we receive your CV and cover letter, a member of the team will be in touch within a week to discuss the next steps.

You will then be taken through the application process which will include an interview and assessment exercises. For those that reach interview stage, Slipstream Design is committed to providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years' permanent residency in the UK.
