This division of Alloyed is responsible for providing customers with materials, processes and software that push the boundaries of how metal is used. Everything we do is to solve the problems our customers bring us, even if it has never been done before!
How have our graduate engineers had business-level impact?
- Built a software platform to stream production data directly to the customer.
- Optimised laser processing parameters for building aluminium parts, now used in serial production.
- Secondment to Alloyed Seattle to support a major customer in process qualification.
- Developed machine calibration methods to ensure repeatable production of parts.
