Who we are

We are Kent. We design, build and maintain the assets that power the world. For over 100 years, we’ve delivered sustainable energy, and we’re taking that to a whole new level. Our goal is to be the global leader in integrated energy services, and we need you to help us get there. Sustainability and innovation are at the forefront of everything we do

Driven by the energy of our team, we employ and empower the best. Our values drive our business. Define what we do. We’re being the best for ourselves, our clients, our partners, the communities we operate in, and the planet.

Kent. the energy within.

We fuse our heritage and future, people and natural resources, trades and high-end engineering, problem solving and grit, to create a new energy in the sector.

Reinvent the future of energy. Join us as a Graduate Naval Architect and embody the Kent culture while helping us reach a net zero future. Our Naval Architect teams operate globally in the Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas markets - this is your chance to join them.

Who you are

Curious, driven and hardworking. We revolve around team working, so you will need to be comfortable working collaboratively and alone. Other qualities we like to see in you are:

  • Ability to adapt to new environments, ways of working and technologies
  • A drive to develop, both personally and within your career
