I joined SiXworks as a Graduate Developer after completing a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath in 2021. I have worked on various projects throughout the year, and learned many industry standard technologies.
As a developer I work primarily with JavaScript, Java, and Kubernetes. However, SiXworks promotes innovation and learning, and there is space to explore and develop personal interests.
I spent some time exploring how Natural Language Processing, and the general use of machine learning could be of benefit to existing projects. I was then put on a project which utilised GPU-accelerated computing through Cuda to generate a directly relevant regression neural network.
