- Data analytics and insights
- Data managed services
About The Role
At TPXimpact, we put an emphasis on investing in our graduates, training them from the ground up and giving them adequate experience in all aspects of analytics and software engineering. We recruit for attitude and train for skill.
Initial training will be based at our Data & Insights Hub in Chesterfield with Peak Indicators; Peak Indicators is the "Data and Insights Hub" of TPXimpact.
Following the initial 6-month probation period, successful candidates will be able to work from any of our UK hubs.
Starting with four weeks of 'Bootcamp', our new graduates will be trained in a combination of software engineering, DevOps and data analytics tools. Upon completing the Bootcamp, graduates will then be supported by experienced team members and be introduced to real-life client projects.
Graduate Bootcamp
- Team building exercises
- An introduction to the company, what we do and what we strive to accomplish
- An introduction to software engineering, data engineering and visualisation tools, in addition to the relevant front-end tools required for the role
- Talks from experts in areas such as UX, data ethics, open and linked data and best practices, helping to shape you into a well-rounded consultant
- A guide to active projects; including talks from the various teams on their different projects throughout the company
- Extensive hands-on training on key technologies used within the Data & Insights division
- Case study - This requires graduates to pair up and solve a realistic problem in a proof-of-concept style. Existing TPXimpact employees will act as the customer and critique the work completed by the graduates.
