"Rolls-Royce is geared towards helping you get the skills you want and really gauging where you want to be in the future.
My Dad used to work at Heathrow airport, so I guess I’ve been into planes for a while. I went to the University of Leeds to study Mechanical Engineering and I did a placement year at an oil refinery. After that, I’ve always been interested in joining Rolls-Royce.
There’s a lot of flexibility in a big company like this and the different departments and fields you can experience. But there’s an incredible support network given to all the graduates and interns too. It’s a great place to work."
