How do I apply for a role? - Once you have found a role you are interested in, click 'Apply online now' to start the step-by-step application process.
Can I apply for the Trainee scheme if I don't graduate until the summer? - We'd recommend applying before you graduate because the whole process can take around 3 to 4 months. If you're successful, our recruitment teams will be able to organise a start date that suits you.
I've applied, what are the next steps? - Congratulations! Once you’ve completed all the relevant forms, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email once we have received your application. Our recruitment team checks applications on a daily basis, but due to the high volume of applications we received, the reviewing process can take a few weeks.
Why have I not heard back from my application? - We try to respond to as many applications as we can, but in busy times this isn’t always possible. If you’ve not heard from us within 2 weeks after the closing date of the application, we’re afraid that means your application hasn’t been successful. (Remember to keep an eye on your email’s junk folder.)
Will I be given feedback on why my application was unsuccessful? - Unfortunately, we can only offer feedback if you've made it through to either a telephone interview or assessment stage.
Can I change the details on my application? - Application details (experience, references, etc.) cannot be changed once the forms have been submitted, so it's very important you check your details!
What happens when I am offered a position? - Welcome to NEXT! Our recruitment team will be in touch with you to arrange a start date and go over your contract details.
Will I have to be credit checked? - For some roles, yes. This is due to the sensitive data you may be working with.
What documents will I need to provide to prove my right to work? - A full list of what is acceptable can be found here for UK and here for Ireland. We cannot offer you a role without seeing proof of your right to work.
