We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Electromagnetics Applications Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading customer engagements focused on Simulia CST, our industry-leading electromagnetics simulation software. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, experience with Simulation tools, and a passion for helping customers achieve their engineering goals.

Responsibilities
Lead pre-sales engagements with prospective customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating the capabilities of Simulia CST to address their challenges.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the software's functionalities and its value proposition.
Provide technical support to existing customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal software usage.
Lead consultancy projects, collaborating with customers to define their simulation needs, develop appropriate models, and interpret results.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Simulia CST and related technologies, attending training sessions and conferences.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Experience working with computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools, preferably in electromagnetics simulation.
In-depth knowledge of electromagnetic theory and its applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management methodologies would be beneficial.
