What disciplines do you recruit from?

What is the hiring process for full-time roles and internship opportunities?

Once an application is submitted, the CrowdStrike hiring team will review the candidate’s profile and assess their skills and experience. If the applicant appears to be a strong fit for a given role, a member of our recruiting team will then reach out and provide additional information specific to the position and process. Our hiring process consists of up to three rounds of interviews. For technical positions, applicants are also required to complete a technical assessment.

When will I hear back after I apply?

Our hiring team evaluates each candidate’s profile throughout the recruiting season for all open university opportunities. If a team is interested in a candidate’s profile, our University Recruiting team will reach out.

I applied last year and wasn’t selected. May I re-apply?

Yes. We encourage candidates to re-apply to the programme. To improve the chances of success, applicants should highlight notable changes in their skills and experience, such as new extracurricular project, Internships or relevant coursework, on their resume and application.
