Can I use AI to apply?

As an AI-native company, CrowdStrike embraces the thoughtful use of safe and secure AI tools in our work. However, we require that all interviews and assessments be completed independently by candidates without AI, except when explicitly asked to use AI tools. Some assessments may expressly permit the use of AI and other tools — we will make this clear upfront when that is the case.
