  • Onboarding new customers and delivering structured training
  • Providing first-line technical support for customer simulation queries
  • Aggregating customer feedback and advocating internally for high-impact product improvements

  • An engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace or similar) with hands-on experience of Computational Fluid Dynamics
  • Experience running simulations in a commercial CFD code (Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM or similar)
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with customer engineers and engineering managers
  • Genuine interest in working closely with customers and helping them succeed with the platform
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to balance technical pre-sales support, customer training and ongoing technical support
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers and prospects
