We are looking for a Graduate Research and Development Engineer with a passion for sport to join our team, working on a range of cutting-edge projects.
Research and Development
Prepare and execute scientific tests with a high level of attention to detail.
Conduct wind tunnel testing on fabric samples, mannequins and athletes.
Produce concise and well-written technical reports.
Liaise and communicate with high-profile athletes, National Federations and external R&D teams.
Collaborate to create innovative solutions.
Have the ability to problem solve and create novel solutions.
Communication and Relationships
Communicate effectively with other areas of the business.
Liaise with internal and third-party specialists when required.
Present research to the internal engineering team or clients.
Experience
Minimum 2.1 degree in a STEM subject.
The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Competent in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
An interest in cycling or sport is highly desirable.

Salary £26,500
Holiday = 25 days/year
Sick days = 10 over a rolling 12mo period, then SSP
Pension = workplace pension scheme in place (with employer contrib 3% if employee pays in 5% as per standard rules).
Option to divert that into a private pension where we would also pass on any employer’s NI contributions.
