  • Work collaboratively with Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Regional Delivery Directors and multidisciplinary project teams.

About You

We are looking for a graduate who is enthusiastic about civil engineering, passionate about the water sector and committed to developing the skills required for a successful engineering career.

You should demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • The ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A genuine interest in water infrastructure and related engineering challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and practical thinking, supported by sound engineering judgement.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, systematic and methodical approach to individual and team-based tasks.
