Philip joined the PJA Graduate Development Programme in 2023 after graduating with a first-class degree in Geography from Durham University and is based in the Reading office. Philip discovered transport planning through internships at the Government of Jersey.
Here he developed skills in GIS, mapping data to support the development of strategic policy documents and road safety improvements, and preparing presentations to inform ministerial decision-making.
