This is a great option to explore if you can’t decide whether to head to university or straight into work. You’ll earn a full-time salary while you work and study towards an undergraduate or masters degree. Course fees? We’ll take care of those.
"I would absolutely recommend doing a graduate apprenticeship programme instead of going to university full-time. I think it's the way forward and would have been far more valuable to me, especially as a construction site manager.
I was in my third year at uni when I came to Robertson as a summer intern. Until then I hadn't been on a construction site so initially found the experience quite overwhelming. However it also turned into the best thing I'd done during my degree in that it highlighted the development opportunities that come with being hands-on, as well as putting into practice things I'd learned from coursework.
I decided to join the trainee programme to continue working and finish my degree part-time. I love the role, and looking forward to becoming a graduate site manager in the next few months." Kay, Trainee Site Manager and former Summer Intern
