- Budget Estimates and Fixed Costs for Section 278 and Infrastructure Works
- Continuous engagement and collaboration with local authority throughout the project
- Liaison and collaboration with designers to achieve technical approval of design drawings
- Complete investigation works (As-built surveys, GPR surveys, jetting & CCTV surveys, electrical testing, road safety audits etc.)
- Coordinate and deliver utility service diversions and manage utility providers
- Implement traffic management, including road closures, diversions, and weekend or nightworks
- Road and sewer construction/improvement
- Act as Principal Contractor, Main Contractor & Project Manager
- Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing and Bespoke Projects
- Deliver projects up to £5,000,000
