Rachael is our Bid and Proposals Manager and has worked with us for 3 years. She joined as the Bid and Social Value Coordinator, and has focused on her professional development while at Moore Insight.
The best thing about working at Moore Insight is the people and the culture. From day one, you are supported by a Senior Leadership Team that genuinely cares about your development, wellbeing and long‑term career, not just the role you are hired into. That commitment creates an environment where people feel valued, listened to and encouraged to grow with confidence.
You are trusted early, supported through mentoring and collaboration, and given the space to build both technical skills and professional confidence. The culture is kind, open and ambitious, making it a place where people can thrive, be themselves, and build a career that works alongside the rest of their life.
Since joining Moore Insight almost three years ago, the support I’ve received has allowed me to exceed my own expectations. I joined the business as a Bid and Social Value Coordinator and have since progressed into my current role as Bid and Proposal Manager, leading all procurement and tender‑related activity.
This development has been made possible through continuous encouragement, trust and guidance from the wider team, particularly the Directors, who have consistently invested time in my growth and development. Alongside this, I am now a qualified member of the Association of Bid & Proposal Management Professionals and I am excited to continue building my career at Moore Insight.
