Programme highlights:

Our Apprentice programme is focused on developing the future leaders of the financial services industry. You will be placed in a specific business role based on your strengths and interests, and be exposed to BNY's entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. We have placement opportunities across several different business lines including, but not limited to Operations, Engineering and Markets.

In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY, while receiving personalised career guidance and support from a dedicated mentor(s). Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple businesses and functions.

As part of the Apprenticeship Programme you will study for a related qualification, this will either be a degree at a local University, a professional qualification or specific qualification relevant to your department. You will be given support and time ‘away from your desk’ to successfully complete your qualification. BNY will cover all training costs.
