Alexander Fletcher, Graduate Civil Engineer

Alex graduated from The University of Manchester in 2023 with an MEng in Civil Engineering, and brings two years’ experience supporting the design and coordination of drainage and external works packages for land development schemes.

Outside of work, Alex stays active through running, football, and playing darts for his local team, and enjoys exploring new places to eat as a keen foodie.

Thomas Mitchell, Graduate Structural Engineer

Tom joined our team as a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Bristol office. He completed an MEng in Civil Engineering at the University of Bristol, where his studies focused on structural and geotechnical design in the final year, giving him a strong understanding of structural design which he can apply across our projects.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys watching sports and taking part in football, tennis, padel, and running, as well as exploring Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Michael Jones, Principal BIM Technician

Since joining in March 2024, Mike has played a key role in shaping our approach to BIM, helping to develop internal standards, document templates, and drawing formats. Alongside this, he has successfully supported the delivery of a number of projects across the business.

Jack Rushton, Principal Structural Engineer

Jack joined us in September 2024, and has since contributed to the delivery of several projects, including David Lloyd refurbishments, Fakenham Leisure Centre, and the Ipswich Town FC training ground. Jack brings a strong collaborative approach, working closely with the wider design team to ensure designs are well coordinated and effectively integrated.
