At BOC, Linde our programme consists of each graduate completing 4 annual placements.
The placements are within different business functions and locations across our sites and will provide a range of skills, knowledge and experiences – perfect for you to find out exactly what you really enjoy doing.
To ensure you feel settled and equipped, all graduates are provided with a buddy to support and navigate you through the programme and share their valuable insights!
We facilitate and successfully set you up for the achievement of your Chartered Engineer status with the relevant institution.

It is a chance for you to gain hands-on experience, across multiple business areas and regions within one of the world’s leading gas and engineering companies. You’ll learn from the best, unlock your potential and start building a brilliant career.
This is an accelerated 18 month programme, where you will complete three placements (6 months each) across three core business areas; Sales & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain giving you a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience.
You will spend two assignments in your home country and one assignment abroad in another European location. Once you have finished the programme, we will support you in finding a position best suited to your strengths.
