About Our Placement Overview:

To be part of the Operations Team involved in supporting improvements to the Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Compliance departments. This will require problem solving and teamwork, working closely with all relevant stakeholders as well as the shop floor operators to quickly resolve issues, and assist in the implementation of improvements both with the ERP system and process improvements.

About You:

We are looking for technical graduates

• Achieved or be expected to achieve a good (2:1 or better) degree at BSc/BEng or at Master's level.
• Evidence of extracurricular success in leading and engaging people.
• You will be a fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge ways of thinking.
• Well-motivated, self-starter with drive and enthusiasm with strong desire to achieve results.
• Excellent attention to detail and produce quality work within set timeframes.
• Structured, method driven approach to all work tasks.
• You will have a natural presence, outstanding communications (verbal and written), leadership potential, ability to influence, work within and direct a team.
• You will have outside interests and an entrepreneurial mindset.

About the Benefits:

Basic annual salary starting at £25,200. You will also receive 20 days' holiday leave in addition to 8 bank holidays and a company pension scheme.
