How you’ll make your mark:

• You’ll be provided with comprehensive onboarding and 1:1 coaching
• HPE and pre-sales technical skills training with opportunity to develop further after the initial 4-year Apprenticeship.
• You will be responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction.
• Provide the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers in deal pursuit situations.
• Early Career Events and Development Day and an Off-Site Team Building Week.
• The opportunity to gain industry recognised accreditation.

Alongside your Roles & responsibilities, you will study towards a Level 6 Apprentice qualification in Digital and Technology Solutions.

About you:

• You have A-Levels, or equivalent qualification.
• Five GCSEs (including English and Math’s) at Grade C or above
• Demonstrated interest or experience in IT/Technology either as part of a qualification or as a hobby.
• You are a team worker, able to prioritise competing demands and interact well with the development community.
• You are a great written and verbal communicator, with good attention to detail
• You are a good problem solver and are able to manage your time effectively
• You enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
