Flexibility matters too. While every role is different, we offer a thoughtful approach to how and where we work. We believe by giving our people the ability to manage their time, health, and commitments outside of work, we can build stronger, more engaged teams.

Our Enterprise Credit Summer Analyst Programme is designed to offer candidates the opportunity to work within our credit underwriting business. The fundamental role of the Enterprise Credit team is to assess a counterparty’s credit risk, which requires a deep understanding of a company's industry, competitive position, strategy and financial performance. You will form a core member of the client coverage team from day one and will help to underwrite, structure, execute and monitor both new and existing Corporate and Financial Institution clients.
Our internships are more than just work experience – they’re a launchpad for your development. From day one, you’ll be supported by mentors, take on real responsibilities, and build valuable skills through immersive learning and hands-on training across the business.
You’ll also have access to our industry-leading development hub, The Academy, providing you with expert onboarding, education, and professional development.
We keep recruitment as transparent and straightforward as possible. After you have completed an application form, we’ll ask you to send a self-recorded video interview where you respond to a few simple question prompts – to help us get to know you better. If your application is successful, we’ll then invite you to an assessment centre for two interviews assessing your competency for the role and your technical abilities.
Please note we begin considering applications before the closing deadline. So, to have the best chance of securing your placement, please apply as early as possible.
Help and support for your preparations are available through the Bank of America Academy.
We’re here to help. If you need assistance with any part of your application or video interview or would like to discuss any workplace adjustment you’d require, please email juniortalentemea@bofa.com. We’ll get back to you within two business days.
