What did you study at university?

Electronics Engineering

What do you currently do at Nissan?

I am a Graduate working at Nissan Technical Centre Europe (NTCE) in Cranfield in car connectivity, dealing with the Nissan Connective App.

What made you want to apply for a Graduate role at Nissan?

As a graduate, I was looking for a dynamic environment where I can learn from industry leaders. The role at Nissan offers excellent growth opportunities for people new in the industry while also prioritising sustainability, ensuring a better future for the next generation.

How has your degree been useful in your work?

My degree has been incredibly helpful in developing the technical and analytical skills needed for my role at Nissan in car connectivity. More importantly, it has strengthened my communication and teamwork skills, which are essential in Nissan's work environment.

What development opportunities have you experienced at Nissan? How has Nissan supported you?

The Nissan Graduate Program has been an amazing opportunity for both personal and professional growth. Through self-growth seminars, I’ve learned more about myself and how to communicate better with others. Nissan truly cares about us as individuals, making sure we feel understood and helping us understand others in our work environment. It’s not just about technical training it’s about growing as a person too.

What one piece of advice would you give to anyone applying for the Graduate scheme?

My best advice is don’t be shy, ask questions, stay motivated and make an effort to stand out. Just as important is being a good listener, it’s key to learning, growth, and giving clear, direct answers when asked.
