You'll dive into all kinds of specialties and build a solid toolkit of skills, including: Working directly with Business & Commercial clients – understanding what they need and building relationships that last. Getting to know our range of products like lending, foreign exchange, payments, and merchant services
Teaming up with engineers and experts to make our products better and create smoother experiences for customers
Learning how we handle risk across the business (think credit underwriting and conduct controls) to support customers and make finance a positive force

What you need to apply
While we do not require a minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.

Qualifications: Mandatory completion of the Global Credit Certification (GCC) with the opportunity to choose to take a further qualification in the second year of the programme. Training and costs are all taken care of.
This is a rotational programme across various UK Locations including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Glasgow. You’ll need to be flexible. You will do your first year in one location but may need to relocate for year two.
With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office, some roles are five days per week.
