At Mott MacDonald our Facilities Management (FM) team provides a multitude of Technical Advisory services across a variety of sectors for large-scale projects across the globe.
As an FM Graduate you will support in the production of new FM strategies where we strive to utilise the latest technologies and digital ventures, equipping our clients with the most efficient, sustainable, and cutting-edge FM solutions. Our services also include FM strategic reviews, where graduates will require strong problem solving and analytical skills to carry out gap analysis, benchmarking and roadmaps to help our clients achieve an FM strategy that aligns with their wider business strategy.
We provide contract management for PPP/PFI contracts, where our graduates assist in conducting operational audits of projects. We also provide tender evaluation for FM procurement, where a detailed analysis and assessment of bidders’ proposals is required.
We often work on projects that require security clearance so eligibility for this is desirable, but not essential.
Eligibility for security clearance is either UK citizenship, or you have resided in the UK for the past five years.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months' relevant experience and have achieved or working towards a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in Facilities Management.
