What do you currently do at Mott MacDonald?

I work as a Graduate Contaminated Land Consultant, focusing on HS2 and various other projects. My role involves understanding what’s beneath the ground and ensuring it’s safe and sustainable for future use.

What made you apply for Mott MacDonald?

I was highly impressed by MM’s social profile and its global reach in delivering projects that improve people’s lives. The diversity of the project range and the company’s commitment to sustainability really attracted me.

What’s been the most interesting work you’ve been involved in so far?

Working on HS2, one of the biggest and most complex projects in the UK, has been incredible. The interdisciplinary approach and the diverse roles within the project make it a truly fascinating experience.

What attracted you to apply for a role with us?

I applied for the role because I am passionate about solving real-world problems. This role aligns with my academic background and involves sustainable solutions to improve soil environmental conditions.

What’s your team like?

My team is composed of very experienced and helpful individuals with diverse backgrounds who are always happy to provide guidance and support, making it a great learning environment. They’re all fun-loving and lively, always up for a challenge and a good laugh. Whether it’s tackling a tough project or planning the next office fun day, they do it!
